The milk used in our Gelato is collected from award winning Guernsey milk from Dardanup WA. ⁠

The quality of Guernsey milk is remarkably higher than other cow's milk, the milk is non homogenised, much more nutritious, and utilizes low heat pasteurisation to ensure as much goodness as possible remains in the milk.

More profits back to the farmer
Local milk goes from the farm to the table, often under 24 hours. Results in an increased shelf life, and fresher, tastier milk
